Established in 1996, this family run business brought the wonderful recipes from Malta to Canadian tables. We strive to bring to your homes using only the finest ingredients. Pastizzi is a baked flaky dough filled with fresh ricotta cheese and another with peas, corned beef and onion mix. These are the original fillings that till today are enjoyed on the Islands of Malta. We have brought a twist and inserted other filings to our menu. We are sure that you will delight your palette with your favourite flavours. Pastizzi are enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner and even as an appetizer for your next gathering.
Hector has had the privilege of learning the many recipes that were brought over from the Islands of Malta. He works diligently to bring only the best product. Each Pastizzi is crafted by hand and the best thing is that you know exactly all the ingredients used. Over the years we have been able to see many changes of Prime Ministers in Malta, some of which have graced us with their presence in our store along with their delegates.
